"Every experience of beauty points to infinity." Hans Urs Von Balthasar
I suppose everyone has a different motivation for contemplating the starry skies and for me, that dates back to when as a six year old, I recall skipping along the cobbled pavements of my home town on my way to an evening church service in October. At that time in the pre-light pollution 1960s, the Milky Way was easily visible from what was then the outskirts of my native town. That first glimpse of the stars was astonishing and enthralling. I was captivated and eventually the night sky was to become the focus for my enduring passion of imaging the cosmos.
